Build Confidence Through Real-World Training

Our Women’s Self-Defense program is designed to help women of all ages feel stronger, more prepared, and more confident in everyday situations. Each class combines practical self-defense techniques with striking fundamentals, movement, awareness, and scenario-based training in a supportive environment.

This is not just a workout; it’s an opportunity to learn real skills while building confidence that carries beyond the gym.

What You’ll Learn

  • Proper striking and punching mechanics

  • Defending against common attacks and grabs

  • Situational awareness and reaction training

  • Movement, balance, and body control

  • Confidence under pressure

  • Proper ways to fall

Class Details

Thursdays • 5:45 PM – 6:45 PM
The next 6-week program starts on June 11 and runs through July 16.

Our yoga classes are designed to complement both jiu jitsu training and everyday life. Whether you train regularly or are simply looking to improve mobility and recovery, yoga helps build body awareness, flexibility, balance, and breath control.

Classes focus on movement that supports longevity, recovery, and overall wellness, helping you feel better both on and off the mats.
